Warranty Policy

GridFall AI LLC (“GridFall AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a limited warranty for eligible GridFall AI products, subject to the terms below.
1. Limited Warranty Coverage
GridFall AI LLC warrants that the physical product components included with your order will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use for a period of 30 days from the date of delivery.
This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product unless otherwise required by law.
2. What This Warranty Covers
This warranty is intended to cover defects in the physical product components provided by GridFall AI LLC under normal use.
Depending on the product purchased, covered components may include items such as:
- USB drive hardware
- included carrying case
- included lanyard
- other physical accessories included in the original shipment
If an eligible product is found to be defective during the warranty period, GridFall AI LLC may, at its discretion:
- replace the defective item
- provide a replacement product
- provide a refund
- offer another appropriate remedy
3. What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This limited warranty does not cover:
- damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper handling
- normal cosmetic wear and tear
- damage caused by accident, loss, theft, or unauthorized modification
- damage caused by improper storage, improper connection, or improper use of the product
- damage caused by software changes, third-party modifications, malware, or user-side system issues
- incompatibility with a customer’s hardware, operating system, or environment beyond the stated product requirements
- issues caused by attempts to tamper with licensing, activation, or device-binding mechanisms
- consumable or non-durable packaging materials
- any issue arising after the warranty period has expired
4. Software Disclaimer
This warranty applies to the physical product components only unless otherwise expressly stated.
The GridFall AI software, AI outputs, included model behavior, and related digital functionality are provided as is and are not warranted to be uninterrupted, error-free, perfectly accurate, or fit for every intended purpose.
Because AI-generated outputs may vary and may contain inaccuracies, they are not covered as “defects” under this limited warranty.
5. Warranty Period
The warranty period begins on the date the product is marked as delivered to the customer and lasts for 30 days.
Any replacement provided under this warranty does not automatically create a new full warranty period unless required by law.
6. How to Make a Warranty Claim
To request warranty service, contact us at:

- your full name
- order number
- the email address used for the purchase
- a description of the problem
- photos or video of the issue, if applicable
We may request additional information in order to evaluate the claim.
7. Return or Inspection Requirement
In some cases, we may require the product or affected component to be returned for inspection before approving a warranty remedy.
If a return is required, we will provide instructions.
If we determine that the issue is covered by this warranty, we may provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate remedy at our discretion.
8. Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims
If a warranty claim is approved and the issue is determined to be covered, GridFall AI LLC may, at its discretion, cover reasonable replacement shipping costs or provide return instructions.
If we determine that the claimed issue is not covered by this warranty, you may be responsible for any shipping or return-related costs.
9. Remedies Are Limited
The remedies described in this policy are your sole and exclusive remedies for any covered warranty claim, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Disclaimer of Additional Warranties
Except for the limited warranty expressly stated in this policy, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, GridFall AI LLC disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain implied warranties, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GridFall AI LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of the product, including loss of data, loss of use, loss of business, or reliance on software-generated output.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, any liability relating to a warranty claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

You may also have other rights which vary by state or jurisdiction. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights under applicable law.
