At GridFall AI, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee subject to the terms below.

1. 30-Day Money Back Guarantee

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for eligible orders.

To qualify for a refund, you must contact us within that 30-day period and return the product in accordance with this policy.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return and refund:

  • the return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
  • the item must be returned to us
  • the product should be returned in reasonably complete condition, including any included accessories or materials
  • the item must not show signs of misuse, abuse, or damage beyond normal inspection and handling

We reserve the right to deny a refund or issue only a partial refund if returned items are incomplete, damaged, altered, or not in reasonable return condition.

3. What Is Included With the Return

If your order included multiple components or accessories, those items should be returned together whenever applicable.

This may include, for example:

  • the USB drive
  • carrying case
  • lanyard
  • printed materials
  • other included accessories, if any

Missing items may reduce the amount of the refund or make the return ineligible.

4. How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at:

Please include:

  • your full name
  • order number
  • the email address used for the purchase
  • a brief explanation of the reason for the return

If your return is eligible, we will provide return instructions.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

5. Return Shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as GridFall AI is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

If the returned item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or sent in error, we may provide additional instructions or assistance regarding return shipping.

6. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note:

  • original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to our error
  • refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution

7. Non-Returnable or Limited-Refund Situations

We may refuse a return or reduce the refund amount in situations including, but not limited to:

  • the return request is made more than 30 days after delivery
  • the returned item is missing major components or accessories
  • the item shows signs of misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, or damage not caused during shipping
  • the item is not returned after a refund request is approved
  • the returned product does not reasonably match the original order

8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@gridfallai.com as soon as possible.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • photos of the item and packaging, if applicable

We will review the issue and work with you to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, return, or refund.

9. Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@gridfallai.com.

If the order has not yet shipped, we may be able to cancel it and issue a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it may no longer be canceled and will instead be subject to this Refund / Returns Policy.

10. Chargebacks and Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse returns, limit refunds, or take other appropriate action in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, repeated return misuse, or other bad-faith activity.
